The Stowers Foundation was established in 2000, after life changing experiences. The vision was given to the Late Elder Johnny Stowers and he reached out to his younger brother, who resides in Hampton, VA, to say “the family is going through many things but our parents have given us the tools to keep us strong and close.” More importantly, it is our vision to be an aid to people in need. Senior-Pastor Odis C. Stowers would travel often to New York to organize meetings for The Stowers Foundation, and conduct worship services to minister to the community, which is based on the scripture that has been read to the family while attending weekly worship services. “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.” Psalms 133:1. As a result, in 2001, the Mission of Hope Evangelistic Missionary Ministries was launched to ministers to people everywhere.
The stowers foundation reach-out to the sick and shut-in across the tri-state area and abroad. Praying for those in the hospital, nursing home, and home-visitation at their request. With weekly services under the Mission of Hope Evangelistic Missionary Ministries, Training Session/Bible Study, Sunday School for Youth and adult classes. The Stowers Foundation have given Toy Drives helping to give to people in need during the Christmas Season.

SAMUEL STOWERS
In 2008, Pastor Samuel C. Stowers the youngest son of Elder Odell Stowers, was installed as Pastor for Mission of Hope Ministries -NYC region. Senior-Pastor Odis C. Stowers continues to conduct worship services in his home town MOH-VA region.
