The gathering on February 25th was inspiring and thought-provoking.
It is important that youth come together to discuss life, to relate to each other,
but most importantly to talk about faith. I enjoyed our meeting because it is
always encouraging to see other young adults living the lives of true Christians.
Sometimes living righteously feels like a lonely path, but as God reassured Elijah,
our gatherings assure us that we are not alone in this journey.
I especially enjoyed talking about the callings we have on our lives,
because even some well matured adults are uncertain about what God desires in their lives.
There is no doubt in my mind that these gatherings will offer revelations to the young people of God.
Although we know we must acknowledge God in all of our ways, it is difficult to practice this method
of living every single day of our lives. It is difficult to pray without ceasing. Fasting is difficult.
Thankfully, these gatherings offer a greater understanding of the Bible,
and teach us how to live closer to our Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ.
I am sure He will bless us in this new venture.
